We study the scattering theory for a charge transfer model in a time-periodic electric field whose mean in time is nonzero. We will show the asymptotic completeness for this system, under the assumption that potentials between the objective particle and the particles whose specific charges are different from the specific charge of the objective particle are all short-range.
