        !            10: MathLink Addendum
        !            11:
        !            12: Your Mathematica License Agreement governs the use of the software
        !            13: known as the MathLink Libraries. This addendum serves to extend your
        !            14: Mathematica License Agreement to allow you to create and use certain
        !            15: derivative works that contain MathLink Libraries.
        !            16:
        !            17: A MathLink-containing derivative work ("Derivative") is software that
        !            18: statically links with or dynamically loads one or more MathLink
        !            19: Libraries or resource files, or that is derived from code created by using
        !            20: the mprep program.
        !            21:
        !            22: You are allowed to create Derivatives. This license does not allow you to
        !            23: distribute a Derivative for any commercial purpose without written
        !            24: permission from Wolfram Research, Inc. (See last section for
        !            25: information on requesting alternative licenses.) There may be a nominal
        !            26: charge when the Derivative is distributed to be used in conjunction with
        !            27: Mathematica. MathLink Libraries can also be licensed from Wolfram
        !            28: Research, Inc. for use and distribution without Mathematica. Any
        !            29: Derivative that you create must include the following copyright notice in
        !            30: a prominent location:

        !            32: Portions copyright 199x Wolfram Research, Inc.

        !            34: The year(s) stated in the copyright notice must match the years stated in
        !            35: the copyright notice for the MathLink Library or resource file(s)
        !            36: incorporated into the Derivative. A prominent location is defined as the
        !            37: startup screen or an "About Box" of the Derivative.

        !            39: Derivatives may be used when, during the majority of the period of their
        !            40: operation, they are used in conjunction with Mathematica (i.e., the
        !            41: MathLink capabilities of the Derivative are used for the purpose of
        !            42: communicating with Mathematica). In addition, Derivatives may be
        !            43: used for a purpose other than communicating with Mathematica when
        !            44: the Derivatives are in use on a computer that is licensed to operate a
        !            45: version of Mathematica that has a version number (as defined in the
        !            46: Mathematica License Certificate) that is equal to or greater than the
        !            47: version number specified on the Mathematica License Certificate
        !            48: associated with this Mathematica License Agreement.
