Prepare a ports skelton for OpenXM for the new layout of the Ports Collection.

This is not complete. Don't touch them.

The New skelton is managed by CVS branch/tag.
Don't make tree for each releases.

HOW TO:
	If you need 1.1.x-release, just type
		cvs checkout -r RELEASE_1_1_x modules...

	If you need 1.1.y-release, just type
		cvs checkout -r RELEASE_1_1_y modules...

	...
