The backslash will not be used in environmental variables like OpenXM_HOME
in a future.
The change is a preparation for it.

webasir.bat :  batch file to start internet explorer and ox_asir.
websm1.bat and asirgui-cd.bat are moved from src/kan96xx/win and
src/asir-contrib/win respectively.
build-ja.txt is an instruction to test OpenXM for windows.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
