Trouble shoot when ox sever window (xterm) does not show up.
1. On knoppix/math, start M2 with
openxm M2
2. If you suspect the locale is not properly set,
add
XTerm*locale:false
to .Xdefaults or .Xresources and load them by
xrdb .Xdefaults
"xterm" crashes if the locale is not properly set.
3. asir_1, asir_2, ... cannot be used as polynomial variabes.
