The function mleFBByOptim performs a maximal likelihood estimate of the Fisher-Bingham distribution
by Optim and hgm_ko_ncfb (outer program by HGM).
hgm_ko_ncfb is installed from OpenXM/src/hgm/fisher-bingham/src

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
