g_mat_fac_int is used as the default method. gtt_ekn.assert1(2); gtt_ekn.assert2(2); compare a specified method (given by an option) and the method plain. The default is g_mat_fac_int.

This is a commit as a proxy of Y.Goto and Y.Tatibana. The package gtt_ekn is for evaluating normalizing constants and their derivatives of two way contingency tables by difference HGM. Difference equations are generated by utilizing twisted cohomology groups. References will be cited in the texinfo document for gtt_ekn. An example is given in the file test-tb1.rr, which is for 3*3 two way contingency tables.
