ox_eval.c is linked to ox_gsl.
Pid=ox_launch(0,getenv("OpenXM_HOME")+"/src/ox_gsl/ox_gsl");
ox_cmo_rpc(Pid,"test_ox_eval",quote(x+1));

does not return the correct value. We need debugs.
