                      5: 1. License Grant:

                      7: FUJITSU LABORATORIES LIMITED ("FLL") hereby grants you a limited,
                      8: non-exclusive and royalty-free license to use, copy, modify and
                      9: redistribute, solely for non-commercial and non-profit purposes, the
                     10: computer program, "Risa/Asir" ("SOFTWARE"), subject to the terms and
                     11: conditions of this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, you acquire
                     12: only a limited right to use the SOFTWARE hereunder, and FLL or any
                     13: third party developer retains all rights, including but not limited to
                     14: copyrights, in and to the SOFTWARE.

                     16: 2. Restrictions

                     18: (1) FLL does not grant you a license in any way for commercial
                     19: purposes. You may use the SOFTWARE only for non-commercial and
                     20: non-profit purposes only, such as academic, research and internal
                     21: business use.

                     23: (2) The SOFTWARE is protected by the Copyright Law of Japan and
                     24: international copyright treaties. If you make copies of the SOFTWARE,
                     25: with or without modification, as permitted hereunder, you shall affix
                     26: to all such copies of the SOFTWARE the copyright notice specified
                     27: below.

                     31: (3) An explicit reference to this SOFTWARE and its copyright owner

                     43: Multi-precision floating point number operations (arithmetic,
                     44: mathematical function evaluation and many other related functions) of
                     45: Risa/Asir are performed by PARI system developed by C. Batut,
                     46: D. Bernardi, H. Cohen and M.  Olivier. If you use the source code
                     47: version of the SOFTWARE, the source code files and related
                     48: documentation of PARI are not provided by FLL but are made available
                     49: at ftp://megrez.ceremab.u-bordeaux.fr/pub/pari.

                     54: 4. Disclaimer of warranty:

                     73: OF THE SOFTWARE HAS BEEN DEVELOPED BY A THIRD PARTY, THE THIRD PARTY
                     74: DEVELOPER SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE,

                     77: 6. Equitable Relief

                     79: You agree that your breach of the terms and conditions hereof may
                     80: cause FLL irreparable harm for which there may be no adequate remedy
                     81: at law, and FLL may therefore seek equitable relief.

                     85: 1. You shall comply with all export controls laws and regulations in
                     86: your country or in other countries which may be applied in connection
                     87: with the SOFTWARE.

                     89: 2. Use, duplication or disclosure of the SOFTWARE by the U.S
                     90: Government is subject to restrictions set forth in subparagraph (a)
                     91: through (b) of the Commercial Computer- Restricted Rights clause at
                     92: FAR 52.227-19 when applicable, or in subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of
                     93: the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFAR
                     94: 252.227-7013, and in similar clauses in the NASA FAR
