Changes since 1.35: +2 -1 lines

Added a new datatype DPV (=an element of free module).
Converter : dp_ltod([p1,p2,...]) -> modvect(dp1,dp2,...)
Ordering : dpv_ord(id) or dpv_ord(id,w)
       id : 0 or 1 or 2. w : a degree shift vector.
  id=0  => compare weight (with w) then compare pos
		  (the one with the largest pos is taken)
  id=1  => compare weight (with w) then compare pos
		  (the one with the smallest pos is taken)
  id=2  => the one with the smallest pos is taken
Functions : dpv_ht, dpv_hm, dpv_hc
  [pos,monomial or number] is returned.
