If the canvas does not exist, ox_plot server pushes an error packet
agaist the draw_obj request.
One can specify colors for draw_obj (currently Windows only).
draw_obj(Id,Index,Point,Color)
Color is specified by 3 bytes integer RRGGBB.
If Color is not specified, black is used.
