 The MPIR is an open source multiprecision integer (bignum) library  This directory contains pre-built binaries of MPIR 2.7.0, GNU MPFR 3.1.3
 forked from the GMP (GNU Multi Precision).  This directory contains  and GNU MPC 1.0.3 compiled by Visual Studio 2013.
 pre-built binaries of the MPIR 2.6.0 by Visual Studio 2010.  The
