Windows版の作成方法

1.  Microsoft Windows SDK v6 をインストールする.
    (Visual Studio 2008 Professional ed. に付属しています)

    以下、c:/Program Files/Microsoft SDKs/Windows/v6.0A に
    インストールされたものとする.

2.  http://www.xmission.com/~nate/glut.html から
    glut-3.7.6-bin.zip をダウンロードし, 展開する.

    含まれていたファイルを次のように置く.
    glut.h -> c:/Program Files/Microsoft SDKs/Windows/v6.0A/include/gl/
    glut32.lib -> c:/Program Files/Microsoft SDKs/Windows/v6.0A/lib/
    glut32.dll -> c:/windows/system32/

3. ビルド
   nmake -f Makefile.vc
