Polynomial Homotopy Continuation intermediate public version 2: PHCv2p.

This is an intermediate public release on the occasion of the new 
report on the calculations done with SAGBI homotopies.  The second 
version will be complete, once the Pieri homotopies are running.

Besides the numerical Schubert calculus, this new version features
multi-precision arithmetic in a mathematical library that is rebuilt
using Ada 95 concepts.  The package has been developed on Sun-Solaris
and Linux machines using the gnu-ada compiler version 3.11p.
Also an executable version for SGI machines is available.
