Changed the structure of glib_open().
It is to avoid a trouble of
Id=ox_launch_nox(0,"ox_plot"); open_canvas(Id,[100,100]);
on Windows.

This form allows you to request diff's between any two revisions of a file. You may select a symbolic revision name using the selection box or you may type in a numeric name using the type-in text box.
